About us

As you might have guessed already, we're a touch different to the some of the usual 'experience days' operators. We're not an agency that takes your money and then books the day with another helicopter company. We take the booking, we provide the pilots, we utilize our own fleet and we do the flying. After all we're pilots ourselves, and Helicopter Days forms part of our main business, Biggin Hill Helicopters.

As such, you've got the reassurance that any experience you book through Helicopter Days will be taken with a company that's got over 30 years of experience in the field. Our safety record is impeccable, and all our pilots hold instructor level qualifications.

Unless you book a helicopter to collect you specifically from another location, all flights take place from our centre at Biggin Hill Airport. It's easily accessible from the M25 or from central London, and there's the added attraction of the Battle of Britain heritage of the area.
