From the 1st October 2008 Helicopter Days is a trading name of Atlas Helicopters Ltd. These Terms and Conditions supersede any previous Terms and Conditions

Voucher Terms & Conditions

The voucher will expire on the date shown in the expiry box. Should the terms and conditions not be suitable for the intended person flying then the voucher is refundable within 7 days of purchase. After this time, this voucher is non refundable.

Helicopter Days reserves the right to postpone your flight in the event of poor weather, Air Traffic restrictions, or circumstances beyond their control. In the event of any such postponement your voucher remains valid for a further six months from the date of the cancelled flight.

Booking Your Flight

Helicopter Days provides helicopter tours on designated weekends. Please plan in advance to ensure availability. Please call 0800 328 0432 to book a date and time for your flight. Please have available at time of calling:

Booked Flights

Should you be late for whatever reason, the flight will depart without you and you will lose your seat. In these circumstances your voucher will be void and non refundable or transferable. You may postpone your flight on condition that you give Helicopter Days a minimum of 7 working days notice prior to the date of flight, otherwise you will be expected to attend your flight at the agreed date and time. Any passengers suffering from a medical condition to which they have a query are advised to contact their Doctor before flying i.e. any recent heart condition, fitting/seizure.

Any female passenger in the later stages of pregnancy should consult their doctor before flying. You must inform Helicopter Days at the time of booking if anyone flying weighs over 18 stone. Persons over 18 stone in weight may be required to purchase an additional seat. Please discuss any queries with Helicopter Days prior to purchase. Passengers must be over 2 years old. All passengers must have their own seat (children are not allowed to sit on laps). Should you require your voucher to be extended; this will incur an additional charge.

Important Note

All flights will take place from Rushetts Farm Airstrip, Leatherhead Road, Chessington, Surrey, KT9 2NH (see map enclosed with the voucher). Any changes to the departure point will be notified at least 24 hours prior to flight.

You MUST check in, in person, at least 30 minutes before your flight time.

You MUST bring:

Your original voucher(s)
A form of photo ID

Failure to present the above may result in you not being able to fly and thus voiding your voucher.
